2 1/3 cup Bobs 1-1 flour
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 t vanilla
2 1/2 t baking

1 c. Oat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 T. Sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp vegan butter
3 Tbsp ice water

Heat 1/2 cup maple syrup or cane syrup until bubbling lightly. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup Wowbutter or whatever you can use. Then mix in 1 cup oat flour. Cool sligh
